Name: Domingo Age: Around seven hundred years Water Use: Can consume irradiated water without harm First Appearance: 05/03/2005 INFORMATION Though old, Domingo is new to Earth. He arrived quickly after the mess with many others and established a base of operations in little time. He soon realized that he'd started it not far from an other who would become his primary rival, Jimmy. As his influence grew and more others joined his forces, he realized there were even more people in power dotted around the world. Life would not be easy, though he remained confident in the force of his infastructure. It prioritized others, with humans as a secondary class. Eventually he began a slave trade with humans between himself and other organizations. It didn't take long for Jimmy to begin stealing those slaves outright and their rivalry escalated into a gang war. Like Jimmy, Domingo hides his look of otherness despite arriving post-mess. No one has seen him in combat, but on occasion people will be dragged from his office as corpses. He maintains a strict, but fair grip over his fighting groups and slaves, earning him a great deal of respect from those under his power. Often he will them insight into his plans so that his commanders can make better decisions rather than asking them to blindly take orders, making him somewhat more efficient than Jimmy as well. |
